    What a statement's parameter takes: an integer, a Bool as 1 or 0, a Float32 or Float64 as a real, but for NaN, a String as text, a UInt8[] as a blob, or a Nullable, NULL when its value is Null. A type of the program's is one too when its BindTo binds one of these, with statement.Bind(index, value).
